The Bridge Arts Foundation cordially invites artists from all corners of the globe to submit their artwork for our highly anticipated exhibition Beyond Borders. This extraordinary exhibition will take place at our esteemed art space The Scholart Selection located in San Gabriel, CA, USA, from October to December 2023.
The Bridge Arts Foundation is dedicated to amplifying the voices of artists and promoting their exceptional work on a global scale. With Beyond Borders, we aim to provide an unparalleled platform for emerging talents, enabling them to gain international recognition and celebrate diverse expressions across various artistic mediums.
Our mission is straightforward yet profound: we strive to empower our community through immersive experiences that inspire collaboration and forge meaningful connections among creative thinkers spanning all continents. Together, let us bridge cultural gaps through the unifying power of art.
We enthusiastically welcome a wide range of artistic expressions encompassing painting, sculpture, photography, installation, mixed media, and beyond. Our aim is to curate a rich tapestry of creativity, reflecting the diverse perspectives and experiences of artists worldwide.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Eligibility: This call is open to artists of any background worldwide, both amateur and professional, all artists should be 18 years and older.
Originality: All submitted works must be original creations by the artist(s) and should not infringe on any third-party copyrights, we do not take responsibility for copyright violations.
SUBMISSION FEE
$30.00 (USD), Please note that the Submission Fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee acceptance.
HOW TO SUBMIT
1. Up to 5 high-quality JPG images (under 5MB) and/or 1 video (All visual art media will be considered)
Submitted images must be labeled as follows: Name_Artwork Title.jpeg
2. Please upload a separate document with the detailed artwork caption, including the following information: Name, Artwork Title, Year, Medium, and Dimensions. For example:

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
The notification will be sent via email by August 15th, 2023, everyone who submits will be notified of the juror’s selections. If for any reason you do not hear from us by the notification date, please check the filters in your email account.
Further details regarding the open call and exhibitions including date, time, will be provided to the selected artists at a later stage.
Please note, there is no personal feedback given by jurors.
DELIVERY OF WORK
All selected artwork must be delivered to the exhibition space during these designated delivery dates/times: September 28th (Thursday), and September 29th (Friday); hours TBD. Delivery directions will be included in the notification email.
Delivered art must match that which was submitted and artwork must be completely ready to hang/display or it will not be accepted.
REGULATIONS
By submitting images, you agree that the images are your own work, nothing copied, you own all rights to the images, and you take full responsibility for the content of all images, including the likeness of recognizable individuals.
The actual artwork will remain the property of the artist, our mission is to promote artists and their work. Should your work be accepted, you grant The Bridge Arts Foundation the right to reproduce your image on our website, on social media, and where appropriate to help promote further online opportunities.
The Bridge Arts Foundation will always credit you and your copyright wherever feasible. We will not use your image for any other purpose without the artist’s permission.
